This Privacy Policy explains how Shenzhen Yuezhong Shengyang Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市跃众盛扬科技有限公司, "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information when sellers use our software, including data obtained through the Amazon Advertising API and Login with Amazon.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, company name and email address provided when you register for our service.
- Amazon advertising data: after you authorize access, we retrieve campaign, ad group, keyword, targeting and budget settings, and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, sales, orders) for the advertising accounts you connect.
- Authorization tokens: tokens issued by Login with Amazon that allow us to call the Amazon Advertising API on your behalf.
We do not collect personal information of Amazon shoppers through the Amazon Advertising API.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide reports, performance diagnosis and optimization suggestions for your own advertising accounts.
- To make campaign changes only when you explicitly request or approve them.
- To operate, secure and support the service, and to communicate with you about it.
3. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. Each seller's data is used only to provide the service to that seller and is never shared with other customers. We may share information only with service providers that host or operate our systems under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
4. Security
- Authorization tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest and never exposed to other customers.
- Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
- Access to systems and data is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
- We comply with the Amazon Advertising API License Agreement and the Amazon Data Protection Policy.
5. Retention and Deletion
We keep advertising data only as long as needed to provide the service. You can revoke our access at any time from your Amazon account settings. When you disconnect an account or close your account with us, we delete the related tokens immediately and delete associated advertising data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at the address below.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

本政策说明深圳市跃众盛扬科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）在卖家使用我们的软件时，如何收集、使用、存储和保护信息，包括通过亚马逊广告 API 及 Login with Amazon 获取的数据。

- 账户信息：注册服务时提供的姓名、公司名称和电子邮箱。
- 亚马逊广告数据：经您授权后，我们获取您所连接广告账户的广告活动、广告组、关键词、投放与预算设置，以及展示、点击、花费、销售额、订单等数据。

4. 安全措施
- 授权令牌和凭证加密存储，不会向其他客户公开。
- 数据通过 HTTPS/TLS 加密传输。
- 仅授权人员按需访问系统和数据。
- 遵守《亚马逊广告 API 许可协议》和《亚马逊数据保护政策》。
5. 保存与删除
广告数据仅在提供服务所需期间保存。您可随时在亚马逊账户设置中撤销授权。您断开账户连接或注销服务时，我们会立即删除相关令牌，并在 30 天内删除相关广告数据，法律另有要求的除外。
